Local children to shop with a cop for holiday presents
More than 100 children from local schools will team up with Boynton Beach police officers to
shop for holiday presents during the 7th
annual Shop with a Cop.
Each child will receive a $100 gift card to go shopping with officers. They will also be treated
to demonstrations by the Boynton Beach Police Department’s K-9 Unit, Motor Unit, and
Marine Unit.
The three-day event begins at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 12 at
Walmart, 3200 Old Boynton Road.

2nd Stop is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 13 at
Super Target, 650 N. Congress Ave.

It concludes on Dec. 19 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at another
Walmart location, 3625 S. Federal Highway.

The children participating were selected from Galaxy Elementary School, Poinciana
Elementary School, Crosspointe Elementary School, Forest Park Elementary School, Rolling
Green Elementary School and Boynton Beach High School.
