Ross

Hey there it’s me Ross Mahoney! I am sure you are dying to know about my life and the things I am into (please notice the sarcasm). I was born in Boston, and grew up in South Florida. I graduated from John I. Leonard High School where I loved broadcasting all of the school sports. I decided that I wanted a career in broadcasting. I went to broadcasting school and started interning at The Buzz in 1996. I have pretty much been hanging around since. I have done weekends, overnights, nights, afternoons, and even filled in on mornings. I have had offers to leave this station and go other places in the country, and I can’t bring myself to leave The Buzz or The Buzz listeners.  

I really love music obviously! Kid Rock, Rage Against The Machine, Skindred, Nonpoint and Rise Against are my absolute favorites, but I love 95% of the music that we play. I always listen to the radio. I love Buzz Light and Buzz Junior! If you aren’t familiar with those shows, I suggest you check them out!

I love sports…Go Patriots and Red Sox! I like to play Poker. Las Vegas is my favorite place to go on vacation. I try to go once or twice a year. I have a little Chihuahua named Bridgette, and she is my life!
