Lil Wayne said in a recent interview: “Its amazing whats been done for Haiti, but I also think it’s amazing what hasn’t been for New Orleans”. A very bold statement, but is it an attack on government recovery policies or an attempt to spark awareness to the job that still needs to be done in New Orleans. Or both?
